Sep 3, 2022 - Dallas-based Carbon Companies is jumping into the San Antonio market with a new, large-scale project.

Dubbed The Greyson, the $45 million apartment community is slated to begin construction in October and be completed two years later. The multifamily development will have three apartment buildings, a parking garage, a fitness room, a clubhouse, and a pool. (The Real Deal)

Jan 6, 2023 - Dallas developer Carbon Cos. said Jan. 10 it has begun building a 291-unit luxury apartment community between the Rogers Ranch and Deerfield neighborhoods in North San Antonio. (Community Impact)

Jan 12, 2023 - Carbon Companies have begun construction on a new, luxury apartment community off of Loop 1604 in San Antonio. San Antonio is not a new territory for Carbon Companies, as the firm has developed a dozen apartment communities in the area since the early 1990’s.

Construction, handled in-house by Carbon Companies, has already begun and the first units are expected to deliver in the Spring of 2024. Pre-leasing will begin by the end of the year. (Connectcre)
