The project name is El Prado at Estancia and the proposed site is an undeveloped 24.07-acre tract at the northeast quadrant of Estancia Parkway at Avenida Mercado Street (Camino Vaquero Parkway) on the city’s southwest side.

All units will be reserved for individuals earning up to 60% of the area median income. El Prado will offer a resort style pool, community center, fitness center, business center, playground, and BBQ pits. The apartments will come equipped with granite counter tops, fully-equipped kitchens, LED fixtures, and walk-in-closets.

The complex will also offer residents services that include after school programming, financial literacy, English as a second language classes and a first time home buyer program. El Prado at Estancia will offer 30 one bedroom units (650 SF), 127 two bedroom units (924-931 SF), 129 three bedroom units (1,064-1,180 SF) and 32 four bedroom units (1,256 SF).
