The 700 Bunton PUD concept is to create a walkable, diverse, and accessible community in East Kyle with a mix of housing types centered around a plaza to create a vibrant place.
It would include 61 acres of open space, trail system and public park with a pool and amenity site.
The project will have a town center concept with multiple residential and commercial land use types, along with a public-school site. Grist Mill Road will be extended through the property to connect Bunton Reserve and Heidenreich Lane.
