Houston
The University of Houston-Downtown (UHD) is a highly regarded, diverse campus that offers all kinds of degrees and has a relatively small student-to-teacher ratio. Plus, it's located in one of the most unique cities in Texas: downtown Houston!
The campus itself is pretty small—it only takes up about 120 acres. You won't get lost here. However, there are many things to do around campus if you need something to do on your free time or want to get away from studying for a while. There are some great restaurants near UHD too! Some students like going downtown more often than others but there are plenty of opportunities available no matter what your interests may be!
UHD is a great school for those who want to live in the heart of Houston. Here, you'll find a mix of young professionals and students who are interested in the same things as you: learning about business and law, exploring different cultures through art galleries or museums, and experiencing new cuisine with friends! The University Center has restaurants like Chick-fil-A and Panda Express as well as many other options too.
Houston is known for its friendly people and diverse restaurant scene; when you add that together with low cost of living this makes it possible for students who want out of state tuition without having huge student debt after graduation!
