Perth
Perth is a city in Western Australia, located about 2 hours out of the eastern coast. It's one of the most remote cities in Australia, but it also has some of the best attractions in the entire country.
Perth is a large city with a population of around 3.3 million people, making it one of the most populous cities in Australia. It’s also one of the country's most popular tourist destinations, thanks in part to its natural beauty (think: beaches) and cultural diversity (Perth has been called “the world's most isolated capital city").
Perth is located on the Swan River, which means that it offers plenty of opportunities for water sports and other outdoor activities like cycling and hiking. In fact, there are over 1,000 kilometers worth of bike paths throughout Perth metropolitan area alone!
The economy here relies heavily on financial services (especially banking), information technology companies like IBM who operate out of their offices here as well as mining and agriculture industries such as wheat farming or sheep raising (which have both declined significantly since 2000). However some sectors such as tourism have done very well recently thanks partly due to new attractions being built near downtown such as Arena Joondalup Arena Joondalup Arena Joondalup Arena Joondalup Arena Joondalup Arena Joondalup Arena Joondalup.
