Las Vegas

Las Vegas is the most populated city in Nevada, with a population of almost 2 million people and growing. With so many people living in this small city, renting an apartment can be difficult and expensive. But there are plenty of options for those looking to rent an apartment in Las Vegas!

To find the best place to live in Las Vegas, start by researching the average rent cost per square foot. This will give you an idea of how much money you will spend on rent each month based on where you decide to live. If your budget is tight but still want to live close-in (0 - 10 minutes from downtown), consider neighborhoods like Downtown Summerlin or Spring Valley which have excellent amenities like pools and gyms right next door at The District @ Green Valley Ranch (great if you want access without paying too much). Or check out downtown Fremont Street area where there’s lots going on at night but also many restaurants nearby during daytime hours as well.

If safety is important then look into areas like Paradise Village or Southwest Las Vegas since these neighborhoods tend not get as much crime activity compared other parts throughout Clark County (medium level crime rate). Another option would be Henderson because it has many grocery stores within walking distance along with easy access via Interstate 515 which connects directly into McCarran International Airport allowing quick travel back home anytime needed (low crime rate).

Gambling is also something else that people should take into consideration when looking for a place to live. For instance if you’re into sports betting then cities like Paradise Village or Spring Valley are great options because they have plenty of casinos within walking distance from these neighborhoods (medium level crime rate), whereas downtown Fremont Street area offers more gaming opportunities but it comes at an increased risk level due to its location (high crime rate).

Las Vegas is home to many different types of homes. There are single-family houses, apartment buildings and condos. The cost of living in Las Vegas is slightly higher than the national average, but it's still affordable compared to other cities in America. One thing people should keep mind though when looking for an apartment or house on rent here is that there are more renters than homeowners which means it will take some time before finding a place that meets your needs.
