Guayaquil
Guayaquil is a city that has it all: great food, beautiful beaches, amazing architecture and vibrant nightlife.
The city is divided into two main areas: Old Town and New Town. Old Town is the oldest part of town; it's where you will find many of the main attractions in Guayaquil. This area also has some of the most popular neighborhoods for expats to live in as well as many restaurants and shops from around around Ecuador. New Town is a growing area with plenty of development happening every day; this part of town offers plenty more restaurants and things to do than older parts of Ecuador like Old Town or even other large cities like Cuenca or Quito so if you're looking for something exciting then this might be a good place for you!
Guayaquil has a large variety of neighborhoods to choose from. The most popular areas for expats are La Floresta, Los Esteros, San Francisco and Isidro Macias. These are the areas that most people will be looking at when deciding where to live in Ecuador.
If you're looking for a place that's close to the beach then you might want to consider living in Guayaquil. There are many suburbs outside of the city center that have beautiful beaches and great nightlife. Some of these include Punta Carapita, Las Flores and La Libertad.
