Dortmund

Dortmund is a city that has been around for hundreds of years. It's not exactly a capital city, but it is still quite large with an estimated population of 600,000 people. If you want to live in Dortmund, there are many things to consider when looking for an apartment. You'll want to make sure there's plenty of public transportation available so you can get around easily and quickly. The local economy is strong because the city is known for its manufacturing industry and its football (soccer) team named Borussia Dortmund was founded in 1909.

There are several neighborhoods with different vibes in Dortmund. Stadtbahnviertel is an area with lots of restaurants, bars and cafes; Hafenstraße is known for its student population; Hörde west has some great apartment buildings; Huckarde-Bogen is good for families who want to live close to nature but still be close enough to Dortmund’s city center; it’s also possible to rent apartments in Neuasseln if you want something more affordable than other areas of the city.

Dortmund is a major city located in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It's the most populous city in the state and an important industrial center of the nation. Dortmund is also known as a football hub because it hosts two famous clubs: Borussia Dortmund (BVB) and Rot-Weiss Essen (RWE), both of which compete in the Bundesliga. The city has a long history but its roots date back to Roman times when it was called "Colonia Claudia Ara Agrippinensium".
