Mar 31, 2021 - An affiliate with J Street Cos. plans to construct two four-story apartment buildings with more than 200 rental units on South Mill Street, according to planning documents filed with the state.
The Mill Old Town apartment project will cost more than $36 million.
Architecture Demarest designed the new rental community, which is set to start early next year.
