Dec 20, 2021 - The two-building project at 120 E. Main St. and 127 S. Mill St. will include 203 apartments plus three ground floor retail spaces.

“We’re excited to break ground on this site and take the first step toward delivering an exciting rental development in one of North Dallas’ most dynamic communities,” said AMAC founding principal Maurice Kaufman in a statement. “Given the booming growth of the Dallas metro area, we anticipate very strong demand for new rental product in this market.”

Construction is scheduled to finish in the fall of 2023. Truist Financial provided a $29.3 million construction loan for the project, which is in an opportunity zone. (Dallas News)
